Everett, WA - June 2, 2008 - SNBL USA, one of the nation’s leading preclinical testing companies, has expanded its pharmacokinetic (PK) program. SNBL USA maintains a PK-dedicated colony of nonhuman primates (NHPs) for rapid study initiation. From PK/PD screening studies early in the drug development cycle to PK/TK assessment in support of safety pharmacology and toxicology studies, SNBL USA is positioned to meet your preclinical needs.

SNBL USA’s PK program offers the following:

• Dedicated cynomolgus colony; all NHPs previously acclimated and cage-trained for PK studies
• Healthy cynomolgus monkeys with well-characterized dose histories for customized animal selection
• Streamlined documentation and approval processes to allow for quick turnaround of dosing, sample shipment and summary reporting
• Dedicated, experienced Study Directors for designing and overseeing PK studies in cynomolgus monkeys
• Proficient staff trained to maintain GLP quality of studies for non-GLP PK studies
• Expertise in dosing cynos via IV infusions or bolus, nasogastric dose solutions, intranasal, subcutaneous and intramuscular routes
• Ability to collect urine and feces, limited tissue biopsies, bone marrow and CSF collection
• Additional analyses can be performed for centralized project management including, but not limited to dose concentration analysis, plasma/serum bioanalysis (LC-MS/MS or ligand-based assays) and biomarkers (flow cytometry, hematology, serum chemistry or ligand-based assays)
• Expertise in WinNonlin data analysis with validated software for TK data analysis support
