SNBL USA Announces Grand Opening of New Facility in Texas

With SNBL USA SRC, the commitment to test system quality & availability continues

Alice, TX – July 11, 2007 - SNBL USA, one of the nation’s leading preclinical testing companies, has announced the opening of its Texas facility, SNBL USA Scientific Resource Center (SNBL USA SRC), in Alice, TX today. This milestone is being acknowledged with an open house event on site of the facility with special guests including representatives from the pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industries and county and city officials who have been invited to personally tour SNBL USA SRC.

"SNBL USA purchased 500 acres in Jim Wells County, TX in February of 2006 with the vision of building a new facility (SNBL USA SRC) to provide: SPF Production Breeding; Maintenance of Client-Specific Colonies; Specialized Model Development; Extensive Laboratory Services; Test Systems Pre-trained for Study Activities; Genetic and Viral Screening; and Large Quarantine Capabilities. Today’s Grand Opening of SNBL USA SRC marks a significant first step in making these services available to our clients," said Steven Meyer, SNBL USA President.
