Developmental & Reproductive Toxicology (DART)

SNBL USA is one of the few laboratories in the world capable of performing high quality developmental and reproductive toxicity studies in nonhuman primates (NHPs) with noted industry expertise. Drawing on the wealth of experience from our qualified scientists and technical staff, SNBL USA has a well-established NHP DART program unparalleled in experience and service.

Additionally, we have an established and validated DART program extending to rodents and rabbits to offer our clients alternative species models.

The following studies are available at SNBL USA in cynomolgus and rhesus monkeys, and are conducted in accordance with the relevant regulatory (eg, ICH/FDA) guidelines:

• Male fertility*
• Female fertility and early embryonic development to implantation*
• Embryo-fetal development*
• Pre- and postnatal development, including maternal function*
• Placental transfer studies
• Milk transfer studies
